Frequently asked questions
Can I come in without an appointment?
For a short colour chat, yes. Haircuts are by appointment, but give us a call, sometimes there's a free spot that day.
How long does a colour appointment take?
Roots take about an hour and a half. For balayage or highlights, allow two and a half to three hours.
Should I come with clean hair?
No need, we always wash first. For curls it helps if you wear your hair the way you usually do.
From what age do you cut children's hair?
From about one year old. For the first time, pick a quiet moment, like a weekday morning.
I've reacted to hair dye before. Can I still have colour?
Tell us before you book. We'll do a test first and decide together whether colouring is a good idea.
